Recommendation for Senior Leaders

Enjoyed today muchly - at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford working with senior leaders in public service from all over the world.

If you’re progressing into evermore senior #leadership positions, I highly recommend “scaling” your spoken #communication.

How?

Through the cultivation of a “library” of tried-and-tested content. Case studies, stories, analogies, key messages/insights, ways you have of framing complex ideas in a clear and meaningful way… content which you intuitively ALREADY use!

Re-use here is a good thing, provided you do so on purpose with good intent.

That way, you can assemble content much more efficiently. You’ll also save time, up the quality and dramatically reduce the amount you have to draft from scratch…
