I’d been thinking about Honesty as a theme for months and months. But the language finally came to me while I was on a treadmill at the gym.
Cue: STOP button.
Hop off.
Immediately write it down.
You never quite know when #inspiration will strike.
So, two tips to consider:
1) Exercise is good for you
2) When ideas come, scribble them quick!
