Which is the Hardest Draft?

The hardest draft is the first one.

The mind all too easily craves procrastination, completion and/or perfection.

But taking content from the mind and a blank page to a messy first draft is essential, first.

A first draft is a first step.

It provides something concrete on which you can build.

It gives you the satisfaction of knowing you’re on your way.

It’s evidence of commitment.

As Darren LaCroix once put it:

“Great speeches aren’t written. They’re re-written.”

Onwards!

You have this amazing ability to captivate the audience that makes your sessions such a pleasure to attend! I thoroughly enjoyed the session and picked up some very useful tips to improve my presentation skills; the feedback from my colleagues about your session has been extremely positive as well.
